Almost easter again. Last easter we painted our hard-boiled eggs and rubbed them with oil for a nice shine. This year Oma is feeling tired so we are all going to learn how to make the pierags on Sunday, to be frozon until easter.

We colour our eggs too.
It has been a while since mum has made pierogi, they take such a lot of effort! I really must learn how, to continue the tradition for my children.
